My vision for this business idea is to help out new parents and their bubs easing back into a daily routine to enjoy life.
The idea for my business "Good Nutrition for Mums and Bubs" is offering a three dimensional concept:
First of all getting happy and healthy again by shifting the kilos, this includes initial dietary assessment, goals, expectations, nutritin plan to follow as well as ongoing support and motivation for the achievement of the goals, secondly offering cooking workshops to help you get creative in the kitchen again with easy and quick meals for the family. This includes provision of recipes and tips at the end of the class, thirdly helping busy you with grocery shopping, such as sorting out best products on the shelf containing good nutrition and value for money:)
The idea of this is you can mix and match the three dimensions as you wish or just choose single service if you prefer.
